Payment & Bookings

  • Banking details – Bellevue Guest Lodge, ABSA, Margate (Branch Code 528628), Cheque Account Number 710651396
  • A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of making a reservation.
  • Reservations are held for 24 hours, a confirmation will sent once the payment has reflected in our banking account.
  • Your name and cell number must be used as your deposit reference.
  • Proof of payments must be emailed to bellevue@telkomsa.net
  • The balance of payment and breakage deposit must be settled in full two days before
  • Breakage deposits will be refunded (less any damages) via EFT, the day after departure.
  • Any additional guests will be charged at the going rate.
  • Children are welcome but only children under 2 stay free, children 2 years and older pay the full rate.
  • T’s and C’s apply to all bookings.
  • We do not have credit card facilities, EFT payments or cash deposits are accepted.
  • Cancellations – once you have booked a unit the deposit is non-refundable. If we relet the accommodation your deposit will be refunded less administration costs. Changes to the number of guests can only be done in writing and at least 14 days before arrival and is at our discretion. The full amount is still due if even if some guests do not arrive.
